lovely experience, would stay here again. reasonably spacious apartment so close to river & tram, a shopping center, and the city centre. incredible setting very close to old town. very very helpful and affable people work here. room with showers.

The apartment itself is spacious with hassle-free check-in and located near to Prague as well as the center. Staff is always very very helpful. The venue has marvellous setting very close to the river & tram stop;))

The staff here were really friendly and helpful, they assisted with everything, and I always had access to an iron/ironing board, a work desk, and coffee/tea making equipment.

The hotel is located in the city center, making it very convenient to explore the city. It is close to the river, allowing for easy access to the castle side of the river. Additionally, it is very close to the old town, making it easy to explore the historic sites. The hotel is also conveniently located near a tram stop, making it easy to get around the city.

There is no air conditioning in the hotel, which can be uncomfortable during hot weather.

On the positive side, the location of the property was great, as it was close to the river and allowed for easy access to the castle side of the city. The area was also safe and quiet, away from the main street but still conveniently located in New Town.

The description on the website turned out to be misleading, with multiple issues such as separate apartments instead of one, fewer bedrooms than advertised, and a so-called terrace that was laughable.

The location was also very convenient, with walking distance to the Old Town and the river.

There were some minor imperfections with cleanliness and bathroom locks. The limitations on linens and various rules posted with warnings of fines if broken were a surprise.

I recently stayed at Residence Glamour Excellent in Prague for a short vacation with my friends. The large, functional, and aesthetically pleasing home offered unbeatable views from the amazing deck and rooftop. The self check-in process was easy, and having an elevator directly to our apartment was convenient. The modern and clean apartment was in a fantastic location, and communication with Romana, our host, was great throughout. The spaciousness of the apartment and the multiple bathrooms were a bonus.

I highly recommend this hotel.
